Komotion Ltd is a Research and Developement studio that works within the UK. I developed Industry Leading tools that increased Creativity, Productivity and Quality while working within the studio as a director.

What did I do?

Contracted work for studios and individuals that required sophisticated 3D rigging, Animation and Motion Capture solutions. During developement periods I updated the Komotion Rig algorithms and other tools for studios.
I worked alongside other studios, met with clients, led projects and gave technical talks on different areas of the industry to do with 'Motion Capture', 'Rigging', 'Maya', '3ds Max' and 'Komotion Plug-Ins' at events.
Finally I have consulted for other studios, discussing technical areas within their pipelines for both big and small studios within the UK.

What is Komotion Rig?
An innovative Auto-Rig solution which started in 2016. Since then it has been licensed out and used to give life to extraordinary models. It allowed users to dynamically rig, skin and animate any Model. The aim behind its developemnt was to decrease rigging and animation times within the Game and VFX industry for non-conventional models and props.

Analysis
What else I did I do?

On a daily basis I would create tutorials, documentation and meet with others to do with Rigging, Skinning, Animation, Motion Capture and occasionally topology. If their was a problem I would on many occasions take a look myself and apply my knowledge in that field.

I spent a lot of time looking over code with programmers, analysing integration errors between front-end and back-end using 'Visual Studio' and it's debugger, 'Hello world...'
